As far as settings go, off the top of my head I was shooting manually at 1/250th shutter (top sync speed for the strobes) and probably around F/11-16. We had one main light through an umbrella and two edge lights at 45 degrees behind the player. Each shot might be slightly modified, but that was the basic set up for the day.
