I feel so bad that I haven’t made an update in such a long time! After we finally got unpacked I went out of town twice more! Once to visit old friends in Oklahoma and the other to go to yet another engineering camp at the University of Houston.
I love our new house very much! The living room as some awesome windows that are perfect for portraits!
Natural window light mesmerizes me. When you place a subject within a few feet of it, the light wraps around the subject beautifully, however falls off quickly so the background is dark. It’s no wonder why painters have used window light in portraits for hundreds of years!
